Pode ser uma maneira que voc\u00ea encontrou de se manter perto da barra, porque provavelmente voc\u00ea est\u00e1 antecipando a t\u00e9cnica &#8211; Retomada Antecipada -. Trabalhe em algumas pequenas progress\u00f5es de Retomada e concentre-se em puxar a barra com a ajuda dos ombros\/escapula.
