Por agora, vamos focar em uma barra est\u00e1tica, poucos cent\u00edmetros acima do ch\u00e3o e longa o suficiente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>&#8211; Suba por um dos lados ou por tr\u00e1s da barra com o p\u00e9 alinhado desde o calcanhar at\u00e9 a extremidade frontal. Voc\u00ea deve sentir a barra entre seu ded\u00e3o e os outros dedos do p\u00e9. Esta posi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 ideal para tirar o melhor proveito da sua for\u00e7a dos p\u00e9s e do tornozelo para manter o equil\u00edbrio.
