Agora, o objetivo da parte 2 \u00e9 complementar o nosso entendimento de fluidez no Parkour falando sobre as micro-transi\u00e7\u00f5es. <\/span><span class=\"s1\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para entendermos a diferen\u00e7a entre os dois conceitos, a macro-transi\u00e7\u00e3o (MT) se concentra em como podemos conservar e transmitir o impulso de um movimento para o pr\u00f3ximo. Essas partes tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o conhecidas como fases. Alguns movimentos podem ter mais ou menos fases do que outros. O mais importante \u00e9 que voc\u00ea seja capaz de identific\u00e1-las. Assim, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 enxergar quais s\u00e3o os conjuntos de movimentos que complementam uma t\u00e9cnica espec\u00edfica, do \u00ednicio ao fim.
